Our chicken products are always fresh, never frozen.
Burgers are fresh, never frozen, lightly seasoned, grilled to order and served with lettuce, pickles and onions on a craft Brioche bun. Tomatoes and mayo are available upon request.
Our corned beef is purchased locally and prepared in-house.
(All weights are pre-cooked weights.)
